Location: Raleigh-Durham, NC
Onsite Requirement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week
Job Duration: 6+ months contract to hire
Candidates must be able to work directly with TSG’s client on a W2 basis after the C2C contract phase has ended without visa sponsorship or visa transfer.

Our Client’s Enterprise Architecture organization is responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and governance of applications and frameworks including defining best practices and reusable functionality that can be applied across multiple products within different divisions within their company.
The Sr. Enterprise Architect will be a key member of Enterprise Architecture organization and will be required to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders across our client’s Digital, Technology, and the Business Divisions. They will contribute to the innovation and transformation of our client’s application architecture from an infrastructure, application, and process standpoint. This person will be responsible for helping define standards, evaluate products to meet business needs and defining the standards and best practices for each business use case that can reduce time to market for business units.
Must Have
- B.S. or M.S. – Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Enterprise Architecture experience:
- Performed technology product evaluations
- Proficiency in evaluating technology products, tools, and solutions for various business domains
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess technical and functional aspects of products
- Thorough understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and integration strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, data management, and security considerations
- AWS, GCP, Azure, O365
- Data strategy, cleansing, cataloging, governance, ETL, etc.

Day To Day
- Technology Evaluation Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the organization’s technology evaluation strategy. Identify the most suitable products, tools, and solutions to meet business requirements.
- Product Assessment: Lead the comprehensive evaluation of technology products, considering factors such as functionality, scalability, compatibility, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Artificial Intelligence: Lead the evaluation process of AI-related products, tools, frameworks, and platforms. Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine their suitability, compatibility, and value proposition within the existing technology ecosystem.
- Architecture Integration: Design and develop architecture strategies for integrating evaluated products into the existing technology landscape. Ensure seamless interoperability and alignment with existing systems.
- Standards and Best Practices: Establish technology standards, best practices, and guidelines for product evaluations and integration. Maintain consistency and coherence across various projects.
- Vendor Relationships: Build and manage relationships with technology vendors. Stay updated on vendor roadmaps, product offerings, and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess technology needs, and provide recommendations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with new technology integration. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and security of integrated systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of product evaluations, integration approaches, and architectural decisions. Share knowledge with relevant teams.
- Innovation Tracking: Stay informed about technological advancements, trends, and industry developments. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the technology landscape.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and seminars to showcase technological expertise and thought leadership.
