Primary Function of Position
Intuitive’s People Experience team is passionate about creating a workplace where employees are informed, engaged, and inspired to have a positive impact on each other, our company, and the world.
We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Employee Communications expert to serve as a trusted executive and functional advisor to our Global Business Operations teams. In this role, you will be a strategist, planner, content creator, and project executor as you help your internal clients design and deliver strategic communications supporting many of our most important employee-facing corporate initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy functional communications strategies for key senior leaders and functional teams across our Global Business Operations disciplines.
- Act as communications strategist and advisor for senior leaders, helping them to develop their messaging platforms and communications to achieve their business and internal communications objectives.
- Develop messaging, communications and project plans to ensure effective understanding and adoption among employees of all levels, including senior leaders. Own all stages of communications development, from conception through rigorous execution.
- Author, proofread and edit a variety of written, visual and multimedia communications tailored for a wide range of digital and in-person channels, including presentations, videos, email newsletters, intranet sites, digital signage and more.
- Play a key role in supporting the Director of Employee Communications with mergers and acquisitions initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client partners across the company.
- Measure success and evolve strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.

QualificationsRequirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of AP style.
- An aptitude for working with and influencing a variety of internal stakeholders, leaders, and audiences.
- Ability to think strategically, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to synthesize complex concepts quickly, navigate ambiguity, and creatively solve tough problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
- Strong PowerPoint skills; graphic design and video editing skills a plus.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or business administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 12+ years of Employee Communications work experience.
- Experience leading Employee Communications in the medical device/health care industry preferred.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications. The target salary ranges are listed.
Base Salary Range Region 1:$158,300 - $227,700
Base Salary Range Region 2: $134,600 - $193,600

Travel: 10% of the time
Workplace Type: Purposeful Onsite - This job requires being onsite for leader-defined events and activities which could be monthly/annually. Onsite frequency may increase based on business need.
