The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for oversight of the warehouse (and its employees) and act as the team leader. In addition, to be in a managing role, you will research/implement new equipment, software, and processes to make the team, as a whole, more efficient and effective. Your goal is to build a framework for the warehouse with "scalability" and growth in mind.
Day-to-day tasks:
1. Oversee employees ensure effectiveness.
2. Schedule all receiving of inbound orders (product being shipped to our warehouse).
3. Help the team where and when needed.
Some of your immediate goals:
1. Develop policies and best practices for the team.
2. Set KPIs for the team as a whole as well as individual team members.
3. Learn about our existing product scanning equipment and software, find ways to improve it.
4. Find ways to improve the existing order picking and receiving procedures.
5. Work with the partners to help build a vision for the improvement of the warehouse.
6. Hire additional employees to help execute your vision.
Future goals:
1. Help the company expand into another location/2nd warehouse.
2. Help the company prepare the warehousing staff and operations for expected growth.
Requirements - 5+ year's experience in 3PL Industry, proficient in MS Office, must have references. Serious inquiries only

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
