Job purpose
This position will serve as the primary point of contact for a book of accounts and will be the main point of contact for processing daily
transactions for clients who issue stock, bonds, and notes. In addition, this individual would be the primary point of contact for all corporate actions related to name changes, reverse/forward splits and have some oversight into investigations and will escalate legal matters in an appropriate and timely manner.
This position supports accounts through constant communication via phone, email and other correspondence all of which needs to be logged per regulations.
Special project to be assigned when need arises.
Duties and Responsibilities-Backup to Front Desk
· Acts as the primary point of contact for a book of accounts assigned by the operations manager after onboarding.
· Delve into accounts to make sure that all assigned accounts are aware of Transfer Online, Inc’s book of services and capabilities.
· Process all transactions for assigned accounts or review and assign transactions to a junior staff member.
· Perform quality control procedures on account executive/coordinator transactions.
Qualifications
· Minimum 1-3 years financial services experience preferred,
· Bachelors or Associate degree in related field preferred.
· Exceptional organization skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
· Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
· Strong data entry skills with 50WPM typing speed and 10key experience.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Outstanding Customer Service skills.
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
· Ability to self-motivate and work independently in slow and fast paced environment.

- The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet to moderate,
- Close work proximity with other employees.
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is required to talk, and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be physically and mentally capable of functioning effectively with moderate to high levels of stress in a demanding and dynamic environment. Employee must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time and consistently produce organized thoughts and execute sound judgment.
