Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, Service Calls, and complaints
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Accurately enter customer information and order details into the database
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Optional Spanish (bilingual)
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems and programs (Quickbooks, Field edge, Google Calendar, Teams, Excel, Adobe, Word,)
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with outbound calling and sales is a plus
