We are actively recruiting for a Manager within our Customer Service team. The role supports our national customer base with orders placed by phone or through GrowOrganic.com. Our team works with customers to provide product recommendations as well as complete orders and answer questions around shipping and returns. Candidates should be able to demonstrate prior Customer Service roles with supervisory or management experience.

Applicants skills should include ability to:
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory roles within a Customer Service environment
- Excellent customer relationship skills; over phone and email
- Work in multiple databases to process payments and review inventory
- Ability to quickly problem solve, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Computer literacy and multi-tasking required
- Track metrics of inbound calls, tickets closed for CS reps
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of and/or interest in gardening and organic product is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
