We are seeking a Sr Cost Analystto join our growing and successful team.

For a Sr Cost Analyst, we offer the following compensation package:

• $37.40 - $57.30/ HR (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Promotes a data aware culture throughout the organization while collecting, analyzing, and monitoring the organization cost data to positively impact financial performance and outcomes.
• Ability to acquire, assimilate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources utilizing a variety of business intelligence and reporting tools and will serve as an expert in data analysis including, but not limited to, data governance, data quality, data integration and data modeling resulting in timely, accurate, concise, and actionable information to the organization.
• Demonstrates the highest proficiency in discovery fundamental data within organizational system that includes mining, mapping, validation, and querying large data sets, discovering root causes while also designing long-term solutions that leverage available data and continuously improves user insight.
• The ideal candidate is excellent in multi-tasking, is curious and extraordinarily attentive to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, Business, administration, information systems or related field.
• OR Relevant progressive professional work experience may substitute on a year for year basis in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Require three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a data, business, or financial analyst.
• Schedule 8a-5p Monday – Friday
• Proficiency in Excel, word processing and various Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly learn and utilize new systems, as well as experience with EPSi and/or Statajazz cost accounting.
• Prefer demonstrated knowledge of coding requirements and or chargemaster experience, or professional coding certification from American Association of Professional Coders or American Health Information Management Association.
