Cost Margin Analyst

Ally Building Solutions provides flooring, cabinetry, countertop, appliances, window treatment, wire shelving and glass enclosure products and expert installation services, as well as design studio solutions, to new home builders in greater Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa Bay and Fort Myers.
We are looking for an experienced Cost Margin Analyst. The Cost Margin Analyst aids the Sales Team and Design Studios by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Cost Margin AnalystResponsibilities:

• Support the sales team with Cost Analysis.
• Maintain Cost Analysis data and ensure we stay current with price increases.
• Build & maintain bid summary sheets for new builders.
• Assist with customer design boards.
• Assist Design Studios by ordering samples from vendors, communicate updates with designers.
• Create and update product line ups and revise labels on samples when new samples arrive, and changes occur.
• Communicate all product changes to designers to include color drops, size changes & series drops.
• Assist designers during product review process, ensure Cost Material Analysis data is up to date and pricing is provided to the Design Studios Director for review.
• Assist Accounting and Production Coordinators with pricing and product questions. Resolve pricing and product discrepancies as notified.

Cost Margin AnalystRequirements:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience in Excel.
• Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with RFMS or similar enterprise software preferred but not required.
