Job Overview:
B2B & E-Procurement Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing all B2B portals and e-procurement systems. These portals are linked client specific purchasing platforms which can contain special pricing, shipping agreements, etc. The e-Procurement Specialist onboards new customers, ensures current portals are fully functional and handles all correspondence with customers regarding their portal setup.
Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensures the ongoing functionality of all external portals and e-procurement systems
• Gathers essential requirements for implementation of new portals
• Communicates back-end technical issues to the IS department for remediation
• Oversees IS department workflow to ensure timely launch of new portals
• Maintains up-to-date pricing and shipping information for each portal
• Provides virtual catalog to facilitate price sharing for client purchasing databases
• Works with customers and platforms on any failed orders or portal glitches
• Communicates customers' needs with project managers for any new features or portal enhancements

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of web portals and e-procurement systems
• Professional phone demeanor and articulate communication skills
• Analytical thinker and quick problem solver
• Exercise interpersonal skills within team environment

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Works well as a team player

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

• Knowledge of computer systems and basic HTML is a plus
