What you will enjoy doing* (DUTIES)

• In this role you will ensurecontinuous global raw material and product Supply Chain reliability for keyproduct lines via a complex network of suppliers
• Lead the supplier weekly andmonthly production schedule changes based on sales forecasts
• Develop newlow-cost suppliers and overcome language barriers across borders as needed, find resolution to quality and Process Change Notification (PCN) issues betweeninternal and external parties
• Perform complex contract negotiations includingboth business and legal terms to improve supply reliability and lower costs
• Maintain relationships and coordinate activities with material and servicevendors
• You will process purchase orders through Oracle ERP. Perform competitiveanalysis of products in conjunction with sales, Business Development (BD),Product Management and outside resources
• Reduce raw material inventory viaefficient management of reclaim material such as Tantalum
• Improveprofitability of the product through pricing and operational improvements
• In addition you will perform competitive analysis of products in conjunction with sales, BD, andoutside resources
• Participate in pricing management through coordination withthe sales organization
• You will gather market intelligence from internal and externalsources and manages the process in accordance with the company's compliancerequirements to maintain competitive advantage

What makes you great (REQTS)

• You must have a Bachelor's degree or foreignequivalent in Engineering (any), Supply Chain Management, Business, or arelated field, and three (3) years of experience in the position offered, asSupply Chain Coordinator, or a related occupation. In the alternative, theemployer will accept a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Engineering(any), Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field and one (1) yearof experience in the job offered, as a Supply Chain Coordinator, or a relatedoccupation
• Must have three (3) years of experience with a Bachelor's degree,or in the alternative one (1) year of experience with a Master's degree, ineach of the following: Six sigma methodologies in process improvement;Electronics deposition materials business, in-depth knowledge of sputteringtargets; Refining process of high purity metal and fabrication processes toachieve the ideal electronic deposition performance; Managing Supply Chain forreclaim and recycle materials; International logistics to develop and optimizeinternational logistic processes relating to sputtering targets and associatedraw materials; Knowledge of the major market participants in the semiconductorindustry; Strategic pricing skill for existing and new Electronic sputteringtarget products; Risk evaluation and management for Supply Chain challenges;Market research skills, processing and transferring the price trend and marketnews to business suggestions; and Project management with cross-functionalglobal teams
