Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
• Providing ongoing financial data in order to support the day-to-day operations and long-term decision making of the Leadership team
• Preparing daily and weekly AR Aging Flash reports
• Improving methodologies for collections, financial analysis, and ongoing reporting
• Providing support to internal and external Customers globally
• Assisting in responding to Customer requests, as required
• Other analyses, reports, and Customer support, as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other business degree
• Demonstrated experience and ability (minimum 2-3 years) with analyzing financial data, resolving billing disputes, and developing payment plans and financial projections
• Financial reporting experience
• Proven proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite Software Programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
• Experience working with SAP is a must, and SAP BW is a great asset
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
