Job Overview
General responsibilities are the management, creation, development, and execution of all events and duties in the Special Events division including, but not limited to Camps, Clinics, Programs, Tournaments and Prospect Camps.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Acquiring college coaches for events that require college exposure
- Creation, Posting, Adjustment of Tournament Schedules for each event.
- Daily operations for tournaments, including but not limited to:
- Site Supervisor daily/weekly activities
- Field preparation and maintenance
- Rain decisions
- Scheduling and scheduling adjustments
- "Close out reports" for tournaments
- Cross checking umpire invoices ensuring accuracy.
- College Coach assignments, management and payments
- Special Events sales.
- Prospecting for new teams/organizations.
- Acquiring fields for tournaments.
- Staffing, management and training of Tournament Staff
- Development and implementation of Special Events internship program
- Assist in field acquisition for Training Center team practices, games, etc.
- Customer service
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma required
- Sales service experience preferred
