SalaryThe Spa Receptionist is responsible for the booking and guest registration process, including the communication of Spa services in a courteous and informative manner. Essential Job Functions
- Greets guests in friendly manner, ensuring all guest contact is courteous, informative, and thorough.
- Performs accurate scheduling and confirming of guest appointments.
- Manages treatment bookings and updates schedules throughout the day.
- Ensures appointments are on time, communicating delays as necessary.
- Notifies therapists of bookings and appointments in a timely manner.
- Accurately communicates Spa services and features.
- Processes payments, obtaining proper approval and authorization.
- Maintains a record of reservations, therapist schedules, and registration forms.
- Performs opening and closing procedures according to business standards.
- Ensures that the presentation and Spa cleanliness reflects resort standards at all times.
- Actively promotes the Spa, treatments, services, and retail.
- Assists with retail product inventory.
- Maintains knowledge of Spa to accurately and clearly communicate information to guests and employees.
- Performs related duties as requested by management Education, Experience and Skill Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a similar position strongly preferred.
- Career interest in Spa & wellness or a related industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Spa services and products required.
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills required.
- Calm and courteous in demanding situations, must enjoy working with people.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must have basic math skills. Prior knowledge in cashiering preferred.
- Must be able to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
