Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a growing Aesthetic practice. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Desk. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with office management tasks
- Assist with checking patients in and out of the spa
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of aesthetic procedures preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
