SalarySeeking highly motivated individual to oversee the front desk in addition to day-to-day spa operations. Ideal candidate must have excellent customer service/client relations, phone and computer skills, be comfortable multi-tasking and have a flexible schedule. Experience or knowledge in esthetics a plus, but not required. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Client booking via phone, text or email
- Checking clients out for their services
- Answering questions regarding services and products
- Monitoring inventory levels, restocking shelves, and placing product/supply orders
- Oversee business social media pages and website, collect and post content regularly
- Manage the spa floor to ensure a smooth flow of business
- Assisting estheticians with cleaning their rooms in between clients
- Cleaning the spa and doing laundry
- Occasional personal assistant tasks to the owner
