Med Spa Patient Liaison / Receptionist

We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with Medspa/ Dermatology/ Plastic Surgery receptionist experience to work in our boutique Medspa. This is a part-time position with the potential for a full-time position. The successful candidate must be passionate about skincare and be knowledgeable at consulting clients. It is vital that the candidate be self-motivated, positive, have a strong sales background, and have impeccable communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using scheduling software
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or Medspa/Dermatology/Plastic Surgery setting preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and cosmetic procedures
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical administrative support is a plus
