Position Summary:
Our boutique style cosmetic dermatology and laser center located on Madison Avenue's Upper East seeks a motivated, organized, Medical Spa Manager to be the face of our busy, multi-provider practice. You will work closely with our Practice Administrator and Owner to manage a team of 5-10 administrative support staff, aestheticians, and physician associates. You will also perform routine administrative and clinical assignments, while managing day-to-day operations to keep the medical facility running smoothly. This is a key position as the first line in communication with our clients.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Perform initial consultations, formulate client quotes, and sell products/packages.
- Keep an organized flow of schedule for a team of aestheticians and providers.
- Manage social media accounts on a regular basis and in accordance with brand identity.
- Assists with implementation and management of office policies and protocols.
- Regularly coordinate and participate in staff business and clinical meetings. Carry out management and follow-through of staff meeting agenda items.
- Maintains office staff by assisting with recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new employees.

Applicant Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of management and/or customer service experience experience.
- (preferred) A minimum of 1 year experience as a nurse/aesthetician/medical assistant in plastic surgery, dermatology or Medical Spa environment.
- A passion for the internet, social media, and thorough knowledge of social trends in beauty, wellness and skincare.
- Must be sales driven and adept at promoting products and services.
- Ability to establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with co-workers, clients and visitors; cultural sensitivity and ability to relate well and effectively in diverse workplace and with a diverse client population.
- Ability to organize, efficiently document and routinely update information; ability to apply procedures to work problems and situations.
