SalaryCome join Karma Relaxation Spa! We are seeking a part time Front Desk receptionist.
Responsibilities & Position Requirements:
- Must have weekend and evening availability. If you do not, please do not apply as we are seeking a candidate for our busy weekends
- Be punctual. Time is of the essence
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have the willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Exceptional computer skills. We operate using Mindbody Booker, Nextiva for texting services, and a separate POS system for Apple Pay. Must be able to troubleshoot if any issues arise
- Ability to manage & answer a multi-line phone system
- Must be quick, but efficient
- Must have basic math skills. The drawer will need to be balanced and settled matching the daily report during each shift
- Assist with client inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness at the desk/lobby throughout the shift
- Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task. Problem solving and critical thinking skills are important
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. We are the first representation of the spa when a customer walks in. Smile and be friendly
- Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude and contribute towards a quality work environment
- Speaking Mandarin is a plus, but not required

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
