Medical Spa Front Desk

We are an established and growing Medical Spa and Surgery practice and are looking to add an experienced Client Coordinator / Front desk person to our team. We hope to find someone with deep experience in Medical Spa processes and treatments and interested in a long-term opportunity with us.

If you have a minimum of 2 years experience in Medical Spa or similar environments, value helping patients feel their best and working in a patient-focused, positive team atmosphere, you should apply for this position. Duties will be performed under the supervision of our Surgeon.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting our clients in their selection of services and products
• Preparing and delivering pricing information and closing sales
• Schedule patients for in office visits & treatments
• Create and execute marketing plans to increase sales
• Proactively communicate with existing and new clients to promote services
• Other special projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Medical Spa setting
- Proficiency in POS systems, retail sales, basic math, cash register operations, and customer service
- Ability to conduct upsell, and handle sales transactions
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
