Spa Customer Service Specialist (Management Potential)

Greetings! We are Salternative Spa, a holistic wellness center in Geneva that is growing at an exponential rate! We just hired a marketing team to keep us soaring (WOOT!). Are you a tremendous DETAIL ORIENTED team member and emerging leader ready to ride this wave with us?!

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED (not every day every weekend but a full shift at least one weekend day each week). We start at $18/hour and will increase that rate CONTINUALLY as you demonstrate an ability to uphold standards and be a PROACTIVE member of our team.

Computer system familiarity and comfort is a must. Ability to work with Microsoft office also a big bonus. We are a professional organization with systems in place to keep things running smoothly and you'll be helping us keep everything on track.

The day to day job as a Customer Service representative includes the ability to:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone and email as you book appointments and make adjustments to the schedules as necessary
- Clean the space regularly and thoroughly while communicating with the team so all team members share in the cleaning responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
- Continually look for ways to improve service and customer experience while looking for ways to help the company remain efficient in its spending
- Keep an eye on inventory and help with maintaining the same (running to the store to grab something, if needed)
