CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Engineered Polymer Solutions - Marengo
Builds customer relationships and serves as a liaison between sales, assists with orders. Responds to a wide scope of inquiries and/or complaints regarding the organization's products and/or services, pricing, delivery dates, adjustments to invoices/orders, and other account management questions. Very strong in communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office app., self-motivated, and works well in a team environment.
Detailed oriented and at least two years experience in Customer Service is required, degree preferred.
