Responsibilities include:
- Schedule and coordinate service calls to available Field Service Technicians and/or route calls to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain on-going communications with current clients in an appropriate and timely manner
- Maintain data integrity in our E-Automate service system by completing work within the proper time-frame
- Follow-up with the customer on service calls when complete by providing prompt guidance
- Responsible for communication on all open and pending service calls to customer
- Process defective parts repair claims when necessary
- Responsible for supplies replenishment orders for our print management contracts
- Verify and maintain customer contact and database information
- Responsible for handling light shipping of parts and supplies utilizing the UPS system
- Experience with E-Automate, OMD, Goldmine and Microsoft Office software is a plus
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), email and on the phone.
- Must possess a great attitude, have excellent organizational skills and time/task management skills to prioritize & make decisions
- Must confidently provide work direction to field personnel and improve performance outcomes
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or equivalent combination of education and experience
