This family is seeking a candidate who can be fluid with their schedule, is comfortable working weekends and overnights as needed, and driving the children to and from school. Duties include caring for the children, driving the children to and from school, creating activities for the kids, grocery shopping, meal planning/prepping, feeding the children, helping with the mental workload of the home, and making sure the children are truly cared for when the mom cannot be present. The family will provide a vehicle for the nanny to use while working but are comfortable if the nanny chooses to use their own. The family will provide a gas stipend if the nanny uses their own vehicle. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
The perfect candidate is energetic and enthusiastic about caring for children displays high executive functioning skills and can think ahead and plan accordingly. Ex: having the kid's sports bags, snacks, and drinks loaded and in the car before pickup for seamless transitions to after-school activities. Candidates should be mindful of the commute as some days may need an earlier arrival.
The family prefers candidates to have standard vaccinations; Tdap, MMR, etc. Candidates should have a passport or willingness to obtain a passport. Benefits include PTO + paid holidays + sick days + negotiable health insurance stipend for the right candidate. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $75-120k gross annually via payroll based on experience.
