```Duties:```
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students.
- Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about student progress.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Assist with mealtime and naptime routines.
- Supervise outdoor play and ensure a safe play environment.
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies.
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices.
- Familiarity with literacy education and early math concepts.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
