Seeking a professional Sous Chef for a Modern Poke Bar offering dishes drawing inspiration from local ingredients.

Qualifications

• Must be okay with covering tattoos and clean shaven (mustaches are okay)
• Ability to meet budgets including labor, food and applicable direct operating costs.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering an exceptional high-quality food experience while also managing a profitable food operation
• Responsible for delivering consistently outstanding dishes while implementing safe food handling practices, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and managing food sales, food and supplies cost, and labor.
• Work in tandem with the restaurant manager to drive strategic direction of the restaurant.
