Salary - $65,000 - $70,000

Qualifications
• 8+ years of culinary experience, with a focus on kitchen management (ideally in a luxury resort)
• Valid food safety certification and Department of Health TB clearance
• Proficient with computer systems and standard kitchen equipment
Responsibilities
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, schedule cooks, and support chefs
• Conduct daily reviews of food and labor costs, maintain recipe costing sheets
• Plan menus, prepare and cook food items, and manage supply requisition
