We're looking for candidates to present and educate potential customers on how to make their home more energy-efficient, while saving them as much money as possible on utility bills. In this role you will be meeting pre-scheduled appointments at their home to conduct in home sales presentations, go over our products and services that would work best for their home and budget, and negotiate and close sales. Our current Solar Sales Representatives who have a strong work ethic, are self-motivated, positive, and dedicated are making between $80,000-$120,000 annually (In their first year!)

What will I do on a daily basis?

• Present to potential customers the benefits of switching to solar

• Make recommendations based off of budget and home

• Negotiate and close sales for large contracts

• Follow up with customers to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction

• Attend meetings and training to grow and succeed together as a company

• Be self motivated to hit individual and team sales goals

What you'll need:

• 2-3 years of prior sales experience required (retail does not count)

• Previous negotiation and closing skills preferred

• A friendly and energetic personality

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation necessary to attend appointments

• High school diploma or GED necessary

• Must be comfortable conducting in home sales presentations

• An ambitious and self dedicated work ethic to hit individual and team goals
