Roofing and Solar Sales Consultant……Rapidly Expanding Roofing and Solar Company

Roofing and Solar Sales. By combining Roofing and Solar Sales we have been able to maximize
our value to each customer which increases revenue and adds substantially more commission
to your pipeline. You don't perform the labor; you sell the jobs. How would you like to work outside,
make your own hours, and get paid based on how hard you work? We only have space for 3
more consultants on our team. Will it be you?
The insurance restoration Roofing and Solar Consultant will working with homeowners and
insurance companies to repair or replace roofs that have been damaged due to natural
disasters and weathered events.
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting with homeowners to assess damage to their roofs and explain the insurance
claim process.
2. Helping homeowners to file insurance claims and work with insurance adjusters to get
their claims approved.
3. Providing homeowners with estimates for repair or replacement of their roofs.
4. Negotiating with insurance companies to ensure that homeowners receive a fair
settlement for their damages.
5. Helping homeowners to select the best type of roofing materials and colors for their
homes.
6. Supervising the installation of new roofs or repairs to ensure that the work is done
correctly and in a timely manner.
7. Following up with homeowners to ensure that they are satisfied with the work that
has been done and offer them other company products such as Solar.
8. Continuously seeking out new leads and opportunities for new business
9. Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals
10. Maintaining accurate records and paperwork of all projects through our company
CRM.
Qualifications:
Must be coachable, willing to learn, have a can-do attitude, passion for helping others.
No prior experience needed. Experience in Solar Sales, pest control sales, alarm sales is
preferred.
Must have strong Communication Skills
Must work well within a Team Environment
Must be willing to work Monday-Friday. Top Sales Reps will work Saturdays too but is
not mandatory
Compensation and Perks:
Average first year roofing sales commission $70,000-$150,000+
Average first year Roofing and Solar commission $100,000-250,000+
Commission based pay structure with draws available starting week 1
Opportunity for advancement into management
Am building activities such as (Fun lake days, BBQ’s, Top Golf, 5 star Dinners, any many
more)
Monthly and Yearly sales incentives (Gift cards, international company trips, etc.)
