Here's the deal: This is the best solar sales job you're going to find. Our in-house inside sales team is dedicated to filling up your calendar with appointments. If you can manage time, show care to earn business with integrity AND be committed to a proven process, the rewards in this position are beyond plentiful.

Qualifications:

  • A professional virtual presence and background to run virtual consultations
    • This is a must. Don't sleep on checking how your virtual presence will show in a meeting (starting with interviews). It can make or break impressions aka deals!
  • A sincere interest/motivation for joining the solar industry
    • We are a quality over quantity sales org with limited roster spots available
  • Punctual
    • If you're early, you're on time. If you're on time, you're late.
  • Organized with high attention to detail
    • If we can't do the little things, how can we be trusted to do the big things?
  • Confident communicator; exhibit excellent listening and discovery skills
    • We want you to ask lots of q's, seek to understand and then prescribe THE optimal solution
  • Coachable
    • Win as a team, always
  • Act with integrity

  • Open and flexible schedule availability

    • 1-3+ years of sales experience will be extremely helpful

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work from home and run virtual solar consultations for company provided pre-set appointments
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy
  • Earn and cultivate referrals from the book of business we'll help you build
  • Be a positive influencer in team meetings
  • Open to occasional company-paid travel?
    • Increase earning opportunities by travelling outside of your local market for additional sales opportunities.
      • Other sales markets include Wisconsin, Colorado, Wyoming, and Iowa
