Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through various methods such as door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals

-Run preset, company-provided appointments

- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the products/services offered

- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess customer needs and provide customized solar solutions

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably door-to-door and in-home sales

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems for lead management and tracking

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customer base

- Knowledge of energy sales and renewable energy market trends is highly desirable

- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $167,621.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
