As we expand our operations throughout Texas and the Central United States, we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Solar Sales Representatives.
Position: Solar Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and roofing solutions offered by Custom Pro.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the best solar and roofing options for customers' homes or businesses.
- Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and canvassing.
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar or roofing industry (though not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Compensation:
- Our top sales reps make $350k-$1 Million
- Typical first year between $75,000-$250,000
- Although it's commission based, average reps will still have the ability to earn $75k+
