```Duties``` - Conduct solar consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and provide information on solar energy solutions. - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available. - Perform site assessments to determine the feasibility of solar installations. - Prepare and present customized solar proposals to customers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or other CRM systems. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices. ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in technical sales, preferably in the solar industry. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques and strategies. - Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus. - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. - Knowledge of the local market and energy sales is preferred.
