Responsibilities:
- Conduct face to face appointment setting to potential customers to generate appointments with a sales team
- Utilize techniques to engage with prospects and build rapport
- Use software systems to track and manage customer interactions and appointment scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about products or services
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new sales opportunities
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
- Proficiency in using software systems for tracking customer interactions and scheduling appointments
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Please note that this is not a remote position. The Appointment Generator will be working with a team in Delegated areas.
