Responsibilities: - Conduct technical sales consultations with potential customers to determine their solar energy needs - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the available solar solutions - Provide accurate and detailed information about solar products, financing options, and incentives - Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of solar energy systems - Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions that arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction Skills: - Technical sales experience, preferably in the solar industry - Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for lead management and tracking - Excellent customer service skills to build rapport and address customer needs - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base - Leadership qualities to guide customers through the decision-making process and provide expert advice - Knowledge of the solar market trends, products, and financing options - Familiarity with software tools used in the solar industry for system design and analysis - Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to effectively communicate with a wider range of customers - Previous experience in solar sales is preferred, but not required Join our team as a Solar Consultant and be part of the renewable energy revolution!
