Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information about products or services.
- Utilize sales techniques to persuade customers and negotiate appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure appointments with potential customers.
