Overview of the Role:
As a Virtual or in Home Sales Consultant, you'll engage in sales activities with some regional travel. We seek individuals who are dedicated, passionate, and willing to seize success. Enjoy warm leads and ample opportunities for earning more through commercial and larger scale deals. At Soleeva, the sun's the limit!

Responsibilities Include:

• Following up and closing company provided leads
• Meeting minimum sales targets
• Conducting in-home or virtual sales presentations
• Developing effective self-generation sales strategies
• Providing exceptional customer sales experience
• Managing the sales pipeline via CRM
• Attending required trainings and events
• Maintaining current industry knowledge

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in solar battery storage sales (2 years preferred) NOTE We Will Train the Right Person that does not have Solar & Battery Storage Sales Experience.
• Obtain California Home Improvement License
• In-home and/or virtual solar sales experience preferred
• Proficiency in Office Suite and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
• Ability to travel within the local market
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High level of drive and dedication
• Must be Coachable

Physical Demands:

• Regular travel and standing may be required
• Driving is an essential part of the role

Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
