About the Team
Gauthmath is a product loved by users around the world. It's a math tool that solves learning problems for users in real time through AI and expert platforms. You can work together with colleagues from different countries and regions around the world, providing services to millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Lead User Research efforts for the Gauthmath business, gaining a deep understanding of international markets, monitoring industry-leading trends, conducting competitor analysis, industry studies, user insights, concept and usability testing, as well as experience tracking.
- Independently carry out the entire process of User Research projects, including requirement analysis, strategy development, project execution, controlling project timelines and ensuring research quality.
- Deliver research reports that reflect the current business landscape and facilitate the application of research findings.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to enhance product offerings and user experience.
- Proficient in User Research methodologies and able to apply them flexibly
- Demonstrated ability in independent thinking and analysis, with robust logical reasoning skills
- Capable of breaking down problems across multiple dimensions, such as market trends, user needs, and business metrics, and able to uncover underlying principles through observation
- Bachelor's degree or above, with major in human-computer interaction, sociology, psychology, statistics, marketing, industrial design and other related fields are preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in User Research for international products, with the ability to independently lead User Research projects
- Familiar with US education market & done any research projects related to education
- Strategic thinker and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and initiative
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
