About the Team The Austin Studio is responsible for the development of entertaining land-based slot machines. The studio is part of Bluberi's R&D department, which includes other development teams in the US and Canada.
Our game development team is comprised of enthusiastic and experienced professionals across multiple disciplines including mathematics, visual arts, software engineering, game design, audio engineering and quality assurance. We work in a hybrid model to ensure effective iteration of creative content on target hardware while providing personal flexibility and work efficiency. The Software Developer III collaborates with cross-functional teams to define, design, scope, and implement content and game features to craft captivating gaming experiences. Demonstrates passion for game development, an advanced understanding of Unity technologies and excellent programming skills. Essential Functions Develop entertaining gaming experiences Implement content and game features to craft captivating gaming experiences.
Responsible for defining functional requirements, identifying dependencies and creating scoping assessments for product designs. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for Unity-based games. Independently debug and fix issues identified by QA or internal testing teams.
Participate in code reviews and mentorship. Contribute to organization's technical knowledge base.
