Mission Of The Position
1. Embedded software development in C/C++ programming language
2. Mainly working in the ECU and Microcontroller abstraction layers to develop, configure, and diagnose the complex drivers.
3. Embedded software development on Hardware Security Module (HSM)
3. AUTOSAR stack within the Base Software Module (BSM) development and configuriation
4. Familar with ISO 21434 and UNECE R155 for cybersecurity.
Role Summary
1. Coding, system integrating, unit testing, debugging and improving the embedded systems software.
2. Documents and archives software program releases to meet company software development and quality improvement process.
3. Capture/log data for problem solving.
4. Document work and create calibration guidelines for fture.
5. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
6. Helping Customers Succeed.

Experience
At minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or other technical related area
At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity standards and guidelines and at least 3 years of experience in their practical implementation in the projects
Demonstrated record of leading projects and/or implementing cybersecurity in the projects
Experience with the development of automotive electronic systems
Experience working with OEMs as customers
Excellent skills for negotiation
Pragmatic self-starter who enjoys problem solving
Excellent English-speaking skills and written competency
Experience in evaluation and auditing of cybersecurity-relevant products, preferably in the automotive sector, is preferred
Demonstrated industry involvement and leadership (e.g., Auto-ISAC, ISO, VDA) is preferred
Experience in Functional Safety, preferably automotive (e.g., ISO 26262, A-SPICE, IATF 16949) is preferred
Support the development of the Product Cybersecurity Training strategy (e.g., definition of training modules, creation, review and maintenance of training material).
Interface with Product Lines Cybersecurity organizations to increase awareness and understanding of ZF Cybersecurity Engineering Process, ISO 21434 and UNECE R155 for cybersecurity, by delivering cybersecurity trainings and awareness sessions.
1. Bachelor in Engineering required - Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Engineering major
2. Strong C programming skills and documented system analysis, modular design and coding.
3. Knowledge of ADAS / AD environment
4. Experience of CAN, CANFD, Ethernet, LIN and other communication protocols.
