Qualifications:
- Hold a current license in Kansas and/or Missouri to provide psychotherapy (e.g., LMSW, LPC or equivalent).
- Possess knowledge in DBT therapy, or a willingness to undergo training if the right candidate.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to completing clinical notes in a timely manner.
- Availability for some evening hours, with flexible scheduling options.
- Exhibit self-starter qualities with a proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

4-Day Work Week Schedule:
- Enjoy a balanced schedule with a 4-day work week, Monday to Thursday.
- Operating hours from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, with extra pay for evening hours.
- This is an in-office role located in Topeka, KS, providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions, complete assessments, offer coaching support, and consultation with professionals involved in the case, along with providing discharge services.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program.
- Collaborate effectively within a professional team environment, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
- Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation.
- Offer coaching and support to clients, contributing to their personal development.
