We're currently looking for a highly motivated Social Media Team Leader.
As the Social Media Team Leader, you will be pivotal in supervising and developing our content team to deliver outstanding marketing solutions for our clients. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in shaping the vision and execution of creative content strategies across multiple platforms. The Social Media Team Leader will ensure that our Creative Content Team's Social Media and content creation skills are developed to be cutting-edge. In addition, this role will support the Administrative Director in giving feedback, direction, training, and coaching the Creative Content team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership and Guidance:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the content team to reach their highest potential.
- Provide ongoing training to enhance skills and foster professional development.
- Offer constructive feedback on Social Media strategies and content to encourage growth and excellence.
Content Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal results.
Social Media Expertise:
- Leverage wide-ranging knowledge of all Social Media platforms to drive engagement and visibility.
- Stay current on industry trends and innovations to guide strategy.
Design Insight:
- Possess an eye for design, ensuring that content reflects aesthetic appeal and brand consistency.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Answer the who, what, where, why, and how when it comes to our client's customers.
- Provide insights into the consumer perspective to shape content that resonates.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on training, development, and guidance.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a content management capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various Social Media platforms and industry best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback that encourages professional and personal growth.
- Strategic mindset with a creative approach to content development.
- Ability to answer important questions about who our clients are and can identify how their consumers think.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
