Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute Social Media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement

- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) across various Social Media platforms

- Monitor Social Media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency

- Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)

- Proficient in using Social Media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer)

- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator) and photo/video editing tools

- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of campaigns

Skills:

- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

- Relationship management skills to engage with followers and build a loyal community

- Photography skills to capture high-quality visuals for Social Media posts

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes

- Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging video content
