Job Description:
Gemini Group is looking for a skilled Social Media Analytics Specialist to join our growing team. As a Social Media Analytics Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing Social Media data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing our clients' Social Media strategies. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver data-driven reports and solutions that achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various Social Media platforms to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, ER, QER and ROI across multiple Social Media channels.
• Generate regular reports and presentations summarizing Social Media performance, key findings, and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct audience analysis to understand demographics, behaviors, and preferences, and provide insights for targeting and content strategy.
• Perform competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry peers and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Social Media campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for optimization and future planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content creation, and digital strategy to align Social Media efforts with broader business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new Social Media features, and emerging technologies to leverage for improved analytics and performance.
• Manage and utilize Social Media analytics tools and platforms effectively to gather data and extract actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven experience in Social Media analytics, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in using Social Media analytics tools such as Later Analytics, Metricool, Facebook Insights, Instagram Isights, Tiktok Business, Pinterest Business, Youtube Studio, Twitter Analytics, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles, Social Media platforms, and advertising best practices.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $17.94 - $20.08 per hour

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
