Shift:Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5 pm (40hrs/wk.).
Job Summary:UK Libraries Promotions Specialist is responsible for coordinating the creation, design, and distribution of materials such as invitations, flyers, and digital assets to promote library services, resources, events, fundraising initiatives, and special opportunities. As the organization’s lead graphic designer, this position ensures creative assets adhere to University brand standards and supervises UKL Marketing & Graphic Design Interns, providing direction on the creation and management of content for UKL digital signage and Social Media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok). Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, event photography, assisting with event setup, exhibits, internal communications, presentations, resource distribution, etc.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:Microsoft Windows, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

Preferred Education/Experience:Must be a high-energy, creative, motivated, collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
