Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow CP DAAC’s Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms) by developing and executing a comprehensive Social Media strategy.
- Create and curate compelling content that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and generates leads.
- Monitor Social Media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers to foster a positive brand image and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute Social Media campaigns that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy.
- Use Social Media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for how the brand can capitalize on these trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other relevant Social Media accounts to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media management.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience using Social Media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Experience with Social Media advertising and creating sponsored content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-starter.
- Experience working with influencers and building relationships with them to promote brand products and services on Social Media.
- Experience measuring the ROI of influencer campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Passion for and knowledge of the Recovery community is a major plus.
- Solid videography skills are a plus.
- Data-driven: Leverage data to guide decisions, recommendations, and priorities.
- Nimble: Flexibly shift perspectives, priorities, and deadlines in an ambiguous environment.
- Solutions-oriented: Continuously improve by proactively identifying issues and solutions.
