Center Point DAAC (formerly Drug Abuse Alternatives Center) is a leading organization in Santa Rosa, California, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate treatment for substance abuse and addiction. For over 50 years, we have been committed to supporting individuals and families in Sonoma County on their journey towards recovery and helping them build healthier, fulfilling lives. We have a wide array of programs and services that present a unique opportunity for Associate Therapists to gain valuable experience including adolescent services, perinatal services, individual and intensive outpatient services, as well as a methadone clinic. We will also re-open our residential treatment and detoxification center in early 2024.

CP DAAC is looking for a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for crafting and executing compelling Social Media campaigns that resonate with specific target audiences, particularly underserved members of our population. The campaigns should drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Leveraging expertise in platform algorithms, content creation, and influencer collaboration, this specialist navigates the dynamic digital landscape to optimize brand visibility and sales. Key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates, guide their strategies, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence that aligns with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow CP DAAC’s Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms) by developing and executing a comprehensive Social Media strategy.
- Create and curate compelling content that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and generates leads.
- Monitor Social Media channels, respond to customer inquiries, and engage with followers to foster a positive brand image and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute Social Media campaigns that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy.
- Use Social Media analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Social Media trends and best practices, and make recommendations for how the brand can capitalize on these trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other relevant Social Media accounts to expand the brand's reach and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media management.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience using Social Media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Experience with Social Media advertising and creating sponsored content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-starter.
- Experience working with influencers and building relationships with them to promote brand products and services on Social Media.
- Experience measuring the ROI of influencer campaigns and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Passion for and knowledge of the Recovery community is a major plus.
- Solid videography skills are a plus.

Pay: $24 to $30 per hour.
