The Fabletics Men’s Social Media Specialist manages the Social Media content calendar, create and curate Social Media content, monitor core social KPIs, monitor and engage with our community and make strategic recommendations to evolve our overall strategy. The Social Media Specialist has a passion for brand storytelling and creative, especially when it comes to a male audience and sports!
- Manage the day-to-day execution of Social Media strategy, content creation, scheduling, posting, and monitoring community sentiment on Instagram, Facebook and Facebook Groups, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging social platforms
- Supports social e-commerce initiatives including Facebook and Instagram Shops, Like2Buy, TikTok Shopping and organic boosting efforts
- Assist in the ideation and production of Mens social content and campaigns for new product launches, marketing campaigns, talent and faces such as Kevin Hart, charitable marketing campaigns and other marketing initiatives
- Support Social team with onsite event and photo/video shoot content capture, creation and art direction
- Drives Social Media growth and engagement initiatives in partnership with Social team members and cross-functional partners; including but not limited to marketing, brand partnerships, campaign development and sweepstakes for Fabletics Mens
- Deliver weekly analytics reports with actionable next steps and informs ongoing optimization of social strategy
- Conduct ongoing research on key industry trends and create monthly competitive content insights report and leverages findings into the development and execution of new ideas and innovations
- Benchmark and monitor competitor (and industry leaders’) social channels and growth to apply best practices, develop new ideas and improve the overall Social Media content strategy
- Keep finger on the pulse of Social Media content trends, new platform features, best practices, and provide channel and community insights with actionable next steps on an on going basis
- Publish daily content across all Fabletics Men Social Media channels, monitor community sentiment, and facilitate community management
- Work closely with and collaborate with Social Media leads for Fabletics Womens and Scrubs—specifically Womens. Act as the connective tissue between the Mens and Womens brands to knowledge share, align on campaigns, and align publishing calendars
- Act as support for publishing co-founder Ginger Ressler’s content on Fabletics flagship handles

- A passion for men’s athletic apparel, fitness, and self-improvement
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and under high-pressure situations.
- 2+ years managing the social content calendar for a B2C brand. (D2C and/or apparel industry experience is a plus).
- 2+ years of brand copywriting or journalism.
- 1+ years of Canva or Adobe experience
- Experience with social platforms and features and publishing and reporting tools (including but not limited to Dash Hudson, Curalate, Sprinklr, Iconosquare, Google Analytics and native platform schedulers)
