Social Media Specialist - Chinese Market

• Work with both in-house Chinese marketing team, as well as collaborating with outside agency/ contractors to expand WAVE’s online presence within Chinese and Chinese American communities;
• Own the entire production process for Chinese Social Media platforms (including but not limited to: WeChat Official Account, WeChat Video Channel/ YouTube/ Little RED Book, etc.), from concept, planning, editing, and translating;
• Develop and manage monthly Chinese Social Media content calendar, designed to drive growth in following, engagement and impression accordingly;
• Continuously create and analyze Social Media KPIs, evaluate performance for each platform to drive Social Media strategy and maximize results.
• Assist & brainstorm with marketing team on short video content creation;
• Capture behind-the-scenes content for treatments, surgeries, and trainings;
• Create presentations for weekly and monthly marketing meetings, presents and discusses with the team on how to improve based on findings from the data;
• Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and Social Media;
• Assist with event planning;
• Special projects as needed;

• Creative Experience in running Chinese Social Media platform like WeChat, Douyin, Little Red Book, YouTube required;
• ​​​​​​​Language Fluency in both English and Mandarin is must, with excellent writing skills in Mandarin;
• Basic Skill in photography and video editing preferred, strong ability to produce and edit content for Chinese social platforms;
• Attention to Detail must be strong;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities shift on a regular basis
