You will be a key member of our collaborative, high-performing Digital Marketing team, with opportunities to support Growth Marketing initiatives across additional channels like webinars, events, and employment branding. You will be a part of a global team and will collaborate with colleagues from across Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America to support regional goals. What we want you to do:
Create and curate engaging content for our Social Media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
Develop and execute Social Media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Copy edit and proofread Social Media copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Drive employee advocacy through strategic initiatives such as expanding platform reach, ensuring seamless site maintenance, curating compelling content, and orchestrating engaging contests
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on our Social Media channels promptly and professionally
Analyze Social Media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the marketing team, making recommendations for improvements
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy
Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms
Assist in the creation of visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos, to complement Social Media posts
