Job Summary/Objective:
Seeking Social Media/Marketing Coordinator role at Greater Boston based Howbridge.
Current position is part-time, flexible schedule. The role may grow into a full-time position.
The position is a multifaceted role responsible for supporting campaign strategy and execution for a diverse range of clients and industries. This includes Social Media channel management, captioning and posting, copywriting for various client needs, managing paid advertising strategies, and contributing to Howbridge's own marketing strategy.
Proficiency in technology platforms such as Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot and Social Media Managers (i.e. Buffer), is required, along with awareness of Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
Being located in Massachusetts is a plus.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Campaign Development - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, encompassing Social Media, email, website, and paid advertising channels.
- Social Media Channel Management - Manage Social Media accounts for clients, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, using platforms like Buffer for streamlined management.
- Creative & Design - Design and develop branded assets across marketing channels including: Social Media graphics, digital ads, presentation decks, landing pages, print collateral, etc.
- Content Development - Write engaging and persuasive copy for Social Media posts, website content, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Digital Marketing - Develop and implement SEO and paid advertising strategies across various platforms, including Google Local and Meta Business Suite, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Reporting - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Best Practices - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including changes to algorithms, new advertising features, and emerging technologies.
- CRM Management - Utilize HubSpot or similar platforms for lead management, CRM, and marketing automation, ensuring efficient workflows and effective communication with clients.
- Creative Collaboration - Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other team members to produce high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns.
- Project Management - Assist in the creation and maintenance of content calendars and project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and meeting client deadlines.
- Agency Marketing - Contribute creative ideas and insights to Howbridge's marketing strategy, participating in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
