Role Description:*
Our Communications Team is looking for a Social Media Specialist to help formulate and build LVT’s organic Social Media strategy. In this role, you will execute and uplevel our existing Social Media strategy and own the creation of the next iteration of it. As a strategist, first, you know how to figure out what content works and will partner with our Creative Team to bring that content to life.
Furthermore, you will help maximize enterprise value through current and future brand initiatives, drive global awareness of the LVT brand, and help support our recruiting efforts. (Spoiler: We’re hiring. A lot.)

Responsibilities:*
- Management of all owned Social Media channels (IG, FB, LI, X, YT, GD)
- Work with our People Team to bring our employer brand to life on Social Media
- Enable and empower LVT employees to amplify our Social Media content
- Lead ongoing development of social strategy based on overall brand marketing goals
- Work with the Creative and Video Teams to create content
- Develop a solid B2B social strategy with short- and long-term initiatives
- Develop, supervise, and manage Social Media calendars
- Implement Social Media monitoring and engagement tools
- Audit, track, and analyze our Social Media content to report on what is working, why it’s working, and how to improve anything that isn’t working
- Engage with social posts, including comments from the general public on paid social ads
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have career experience managing organic Social Media for a company with at least a $100M valuation
- Experience managing Social Media for enterprise B2B companies is a plus
- Advertising or Social Media agency experience is a big plus
- Experience and/or interest in PR is another big plus
- A confident communicator who can present complex concepts verbally with ease
- Ability to pull together quality content on the fly, as well as work with different teams for content creation
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/Social Media
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to Social Media management
- Ability to meet competing deadlines and juggle multiple projects and programs
- Positive team player who can work well cross-functionally
- Must be capable of working closely with members of the executive team
